Returns and Refunds

If you have received a faulty product or the wrong item all together, then we sincerely apologise and will work as quickly as we can to resolve this issue.

Please email us at with your order details and the issue at hand.

We aim to respond within 24-48 hours of receipt.All refunds be made payable back onto the original payment method used

We cannot accept returns of any product which have been used, opened, tampered with or in an otherwise unsellable condition.

If the product returned is in such a condition, we refuse the right to refund

All product must be returned back with 14 days of receipt, to qualify for a full refund – We will also cover the costs of postage if the item is wrong or faulty
